I collaborated in a team to create and develop the game Knotris, a Tetris-like game that uses knot mosaic tiles. Currently, we're working on publishing our paper as well as an article in the Seattle University Undergraduate Research Journal.

I studied the US Black maternal mortality rate grounding my analysis in the narratives and practices developed during chattel slavery that persist, how the racial disparity continues to manifest, and outlining interventions that promote positive birth outcomes.
I studied critical geography and electoral districting to combat gerrymandering in Charlotte, North Carolina by applying the MAPPER algorithm to identify communities of interest.
